Who are we?
Cleanwise is responsible for processing your personal data through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@niya-solutions.be.
What data do we process?
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, your town (if you fill it in), the service you chose and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write to us.
What do we use it for?
We only use your data to answer your question, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, to schedule, carry out and invoice the work. The legal basis is your request for a quote (pre-contractual measures) and then the performance of the contract. We keep invoices because the law requires it.
Who do we share it with?
We never sell your data. The form is technically processed by our web developer's form service, which forwards your message to us, and our email provider stores the messages. They only process your data on our behalf.
How long do we keep it?
Requests that don't lead to an order are deleted no later than one year after our last contact. Customer data is kept for the statutory accounting retention period.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. We anonymously count how often our email address or phone number is clicked, without cookies and without identifying you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object, and request data portability. Email info@niya-solutions.be to do so. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
